Our protective films are specifically engineered for easy removal because we know what a pain it is to remove most protective films. The reason for this is because most films used are known as “Laser PVC” which has high adhesion properties so the compressed gas used in
laser cutting doesn’t blow off the film. We source film that’s easier to remove, and it can be difficult and expensive and is usually not done.
At the same time our films are made to put with with excessive abrasion and abuse so your backsplash arrives damage-and-drama-free. Hemmed edges and installation options are tried and tested and will provide a great looking installation you’ll never need to worry about.

We have a verrrry low damage rate because we hate shipping claims, and unhappy customers make us sad. A happy customer is either a repeat customer or a walking advertisement (mostly). The accessories and adhesive products are only the best, and certainly not the cheapest, and we'd recommend them to our gramma's all day. Should you need something in a hurry, we're happy to help. Overnight shipping is available and the costs are not always as ridiculous as you might think.

We've had our stainless steel backsplash from JTC Metals now for almost 3 years. If you hate grout like I do, this is the backsplash for you. Easy to clean with Magic SS cleaner and polish. Just remember when you're cleaning to follow the grain. I cook everyday, and this is a great solution for an easy clean up kitchen. I just ordered my second one for our new house. 5 stars Marian. The backsplash was exactly as ordered: quality steel precisely cut and hemmed. Perfect, no scratches, dents or dings - So you have nothing to worry about as to cost / quality. What you should know is how they take care of things when they go wrong. This is a a company that believes in getting things done and done right. My backsplash arrived with some damage to two corners. I took a picture with my phone and shot off a mail around 10pm on a Saturday and waited for the inevitable back and forth to begin ... But by 8am Monday I had a reply that a new one would be sent! - No discussion, didn't need to return the damaged one, didn't charge for shipping, didn't blame me for "storing it improperly" they just took care of it. I wish i needed 50 more to give these guys the business they deserve. With a company that stands behind their product and service like that you would be making a mistake going somewhere else just to save a few dollars. Your crating is first rate. We've had dozens of crated items and materials shipped to our locations and your crating is #1. Using construction screws is a big win since now all the materials (including the screws) can be easily repurposed in other construction projects and remodels. The cardboard is very useful to the painters. Thank you!
