Glad I found JTC Metals
We needed stainless trim for our backsplash in a hurry. I called and spoke with Tim in Sales.
My order was quite small but Tim took the time to help me figure out what was needed, even helping with a custom corner treatment.
Summarizing my experience with JTC:
1. They answer the phone. (unfortunately this seems rare these days)
2. Tim in Sales walked me through the process, including design of a custom corner edge treatment.
3. They turned a quote around in a matter of hours
4. Once I ordered they produced and shipped FAST
5. The shipment arrived very well packed and in good shape
6. The parts were beautiful and fit nicely with no issues of any kind
7. The installation was simple, the results were amazing.

Glad I found JTC Metals..They Rock!Halfway through kitchen renovations we decided we needed stainless steel backsplashes in the oven and cooktop area. Happy to try, I searched for the materials we needed to make it happen.
JTC Metals had exactly what we needed. I called and spoke with Tim in sales in order to better understand the utilization of their parts. One side of the area needed a special edging part that was not standard.
Throughout the process JTC was helpful and responsive. Prices were reasonable and sales was great in helping me specify and get the special pieces required. They turned a quote around in a few hours.
Once I placed the order parts were made and shipped within a few days. On receipt, the parts were very well packed, and beautiful in every aspect. Dimensions were spot-on, and fit was perfect.
